I have known Phillip since he was 5 years old. He is our neighbor who lives one door over and I like to think of him as one of my sons. If you ask any of my kids they can tell you how much “I love Phillip”. I say it everytime his name comes up.  I’m sure they get sick of hearing it but, oh well. Phillip is my son Blake’s best-friend and they have been  together from the day we meet. I don’t think a lot of people realize how funny he is, I think he saves that for his close friends and family. I’m sure when you look at these pictures you’ll think, oh that was probably easy. Well let me tell you, Phillip doesn’t like to have his picture taken, so half of his pictures were with his mouth open, or his eyes closed. He wouldn’t stop talking.  He always  makes me laugh , that’s why he fits into my family perfect.  He wanted me to  take pictures of him and his beautiful girlfriend Maddie, so of course I had too. As you can tell by looking at the pictures these two are head of heels for each other. There’s nothing like young love…

I’m sure when you read “Beat the Heat” you thought I was going to give you some kind of tip to stay cool this summer. Sorry, I can’t help you there.  That was the name of our tournament in Oklahoma this last weekend and boy was it hot. Seth’s team  played 5 games in a matter of 2 days, the boys made it to the finals but we lost 0-2. Now, I don’t want to take anything away from the other team but, nothing is worse than when you have bad referring. They stunk ( really bad).  But we did have fun and the boys had a great time so it was all worth it. Seth is still lying on the couch trying to recover. Here are a couple of action pictures..
